Settings

Settings is where you configure your organization: who can sign in and what they can do, the hubs and teams they work in, the areas and alerts you monitor, the extra features you connect, and what was deleted.

Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu. The left menu switches to the settings menu; click the arrow at the top to go back to the main menu. The hub picker in the top bar still applies: pages such as Team show the hub you are viewing.

The settings menu is grouped as follows. Each page appears only when your role has its View permission, so you may see fewer entries.

Users & Access

Page	What you do there
User	Invite users, edit their role, hubs and teams, turn their access on or off, reset passwords, unlock and delete accounts. See also Inviting Users and Managing Users.
Team	Group users inside a hub. A user with a team only sees and assigns work to people in their own teams and people with no team.
Permission	Create roles and choose exactly what each role can see and do, including restricted fields and access and sign-in rules. Every permission is described in the Permission Reference.

Workspace

Page	What you do there
Organization	Change the organization’s name, country, language and currency, password policy, or delete the organization.
Hub	Add, edit and delete the bases your field teams and vehicles work from. Most features depend on hubs.

Monitoring

Page	What you do there
Geofence	Draw areas on the map, group them, and watch when field workers enter or leave them.
Alert Setting	Choose which alerts are recorded and which ones also send a notification.

Extensions

Page	What you do there
Add-ons	Install extra features, such as document templates, that get their own entry in the left menu.
Integration	Connect your sign-in directory, SMS provider or accounting system.
Custom Module	Add your own menu entries that open an external page, either inside the app or in a new tab.

Other

Page	What you do there
Trash	See what was deleted in the last 30 days, when and by whom, and the record as it was. Items are deleted forever after 30 days.

Where to start

When you set up a new organization, work through Settings in this order:

Organization: check the country, language and currency.
Hub: add the places your team works from.
Permission: review the roles, or create your own.
User: invite your team and give them a role and hubs.
Team: group users if you want to limit who can see and assign whom.
