Every trip starts at the hub. In the List view, pick a vehicle to see its visits in order under Visits. The same visit information appears when you click a visit on the Map or in the Gantt view.

Visit detail
  1. Order: the visit’s position in the vehicle’s route.
  2. Visit name: the name of the visit.
  3. Trip: the trip the visit belongs to, for example TRIP 1. A vehicle has several trips with Multi Trip.
  4. ETA and ETD: the estimated time of arrival and of departure, for example ETA 09:27 ETD 10:15.
  5. Distance: from the previous visit, or from the hub for the first visit.
  6. Tags: the visit tags. The visit group and the split number also show here as badges.
  7. Address: the full address of the visit.
The hub rows that start and end each trip show the hub’s name and address. The starting hub shows only its ETD (when the vehicle leaves) and the hub the vehicle returns to shows only its ETA (when it arrives back). Below the address:
  • Travel time: time driving to the visit.
  • Visit time: time spent at the visit.
  • Waiting time: time waiting before the visit can start, worked out from the ETA and the visit’s open time.
  • Open time: when the visit can be served, from opening to closing time.
  • Capacity: the visit’s load for each capacity constraint, for example weight 70 kg.
