Introducing the new Chat feature in the Operations menu on the web platform, enabling admins to engage in real-time conversations with field users, search and filter users, receive live message updates with unread badges and toasts, and send broadcast messages to multiple recipients, all with support for desktop and mobile views, permission gating, and full English and Indonesian localization.
